Shipping and Cancellation
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are subject to processing time. If you order now, it will be processed within 24 hours (normally faster). Then, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping within Caves Beach area will take 1-2 working days. You can also visit our shop at 3/1 Mawson Close, Caves Beach, NSW 2281 and pick-up your order.
For the rest of Australia, shipping may take 3-10 working days depending on your location. Rural areas may take longer.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may face delays beyond our control such as postal delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping notification email with a tracking number. It will be handled by Aus Post. You can track it via Aus Post website, or you can visit our website, click on TRACK YOUR ORDER, and enter the required information.
You can also contact us, and we will provide you with the accurate information.
You can only cancel your order if and only if it's not shipped out yet. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org, and our friendly support will walk you through the process.
When your order is already dispatched and you got the tracking number, cancellation is no longer possible. You are required to receive the package.
